“Before the Trainer To Go program, I worked out, or so I thought. Not only was my exercise not consistent, I also wasn't working at the correct heart rate...seeing that I had NO idea what that was. “Prior to starting the Trainer To Go Program, I was struggling to return to a regular level of physical activity. I wanted to increase my strength and vigor, and change the shape of my body. I also needed to increase my stamina to allow me to successfully lead a 17-day European trip without getting sick or injured, and be able to return home without having gained weight.

I began the Trainer To Go program just three months prior to my trip. “After my second child, it was difficult to lose that last ten pounds. Every year another pound or two showed up - until I was 20 pounds heavier than I wanted to be. I never had a weight problem so I thought some exercise would take care of everything. I “power walked” up and down hills in my neighborhood for 45 minutes four to five times a week for several years, without any results.

So I decided to try a new approach. I told Heather my goal was to lose ten pounds by the time of my cruise (in four months time) and she thought that was realistic and attainable.

Not only did I lose the ten pounds, but proceeded to lose 12 more after the cruise! In total I've lost over 20 pounds.
