About Susan Iverson

With more than 20 years in the health & fitness industry, Susan Iverson holds a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Northern Arizona University. She specializes in exercise programming for special populations, with emphasis on the overweight population, type II diabetics, seniors, and teens. Susan has served as a personal fitness trainer and exercise specialist for the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy (aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise); for the U.S. Air Force, both overseas and on homeland; and for the Langely Aerospace Research Center (N.A.S.A.) in Newport News, Virginia

Susan is currently owner and manager of a local health and fitness center in Monument, Colorado and continues to use her expertise with coaching, educating, and program development for her club as well as the community. She holds certifications with the American College of Sports Medicine, The Cooper Research Institute of Aerobic Research, and various other certifying agencies.
